1. The shipping agency can only release the goods to the consignee after obtaining the original bill of lading.
2. When releasing goods, the ocean bill of lading issued by the shipper should be a clean and problem free original ocean bill of lading.
If the bill of lading issued by the shipper does not meet the above requirements, the consignee shall be ordered to provide a breach of contract compensation guarantee.
4. When releasing goods, the shipping agency also needs to obtain the approval of the shipping company for the above-mentioned breach compensation guarantee.
If the consignee issues an incomplete ocean bill of lading, the shipping agent should also obtain a written power of attorney from the shipper in order to safely deliver the goods.
6. At the same time, the shipping agency should also verify whether the incomplete ocean bill of lading has a joint signature issued by a world-class bank.
7. The shipping agency shall verify whether the shipping agency and the shipping company indicated on the bill of lading match each other.
8. In the accompanying documents of the ocean bill of lading, clarify the payment settlement deadline for this batch of goods.
9. Whether the goods category indicated on the ocean bill of lading matches the actual delivered goods.
10. When a shipping agent releases goods at the destination port, the delivery document should be the original ocean bill of lading, rather than a copy, fax or photocopy.
